What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, supportive, and patient, answering all of our questions. Their response time via email and phone was impressive, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. The team member who assisted us at both pick-up and drop-off was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, we felt well taken care of from start to finish. The experience offered great value for money, especially for a group outing. A nice bonus is that you're allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board, which makes the trip even more enjoyable. Tip: The boat does not have an umbrella or parasol, so on hot and sunny days it's a good idea to bring sunscreen, hats, or other sun protection. Highly recommended for team events!

Available at any time with a reservation, unlike other companies that don't offer free access after 6 pm with the Amsterdam Card. Go for it without hesitation. Excellent information provided during the hour-long tour.
