Their response time via email and phone was impressive, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. The team member who assisted us at both pick-up and drop-off was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, we felt well taken care of from start to finish. The experience offered great value for money, especially for a group outing. A nice bonus is that you're allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board, which makes the trip even more enjoyable. Tip: The boat does not have an umbrella or parasol, so on hot and sunny days it's a good idea to bring sunscreen, hats, or other sun protection. Highly recommended for team events!
