The 28th edition of Pride Amsterdam (formerly Gay Pride) will last from Saturday, July 27 until Sunday, August 4 2024. The Canal Parade – the annual highlight – will take place this year on Saturday, August 3. Access to the Prinsengracht is limited this year. The tickets for boats are sold out. However, Mokumboot has reserved spots. For your sloop, you are guaranteed a ticket for a zone along the Pride canal.
At Mokumboot, you can rent small and large sloops to watch Pride Amsterdam from the water:
A sloop for up to 6 people. Price € 385 (incl. VAT and excl. € 100 deposit)
The sloops are only rented for the entire day. You can pick up the sloop in the morning and return it after the parade.
Note: you cannot sail with the parade yourself and may not choose a spot along the Prinsengracht yourself. You will be assigned a zone.
A large luxury sloop for up to 40 people. Price € 1,650 (incl. VAT)
You will watch the Canal Parade from our large luxury sloops at the best spot along the canal parade route, on the Prinsengracht near the Pulitzer hotel. Our large luxury sloops are moored, so you can see the entire parade pass by.
You rent your private sloop from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (that is € 41.25 per person and € 6.88 per person per hour). You can bring your own drinks or order them from us*. Prices:
- Cans of beer/water/soda: € 2.75 each, to be ordered per whole tray of 24 pieces
- Bottle of white wine/rosé/prosecco: € 15
*If you purchase drinks from Mokumboot, they will be delivered with ice to keep them cool.
