Amsterdam Light Festival times

Experience the 13th edition of the Amsterdam Light Festival from the water and book a boat tour or rent your own sloop with Mokumboot. The festival takes place from November 28, 2024, to January 19, 2025. The lights are on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the lights are on from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Exceptions are:

  • During the Christmas holiday (December 21 to January 5), the lights will be on daily from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • On Sunday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve), the lights will be off.

Sailing yourself during the Amsterdam Light Festival
