Each year, we host canal cruises during the enchanting Amsterdam Light Festival. We sail along the canals, where you can marvel at stunning light artworks illuminating the city. This year holds a special significance as we celebrate Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary. Dates and times
Amsterdam Light Festival takes place from November 28th 2024 to January 19th 2025*. Our canal cruises during Amsterdam Light Festival take place every day:
- Sunday till Tuesday: experience the stunning light display on the canals from 5pm to 10pm.
- Wednesday till Saturday: enjoy the illuminated artworks between 5pm and 11pm.
- Christmas holiday (December 21st to January 5th): the light show dazzles every day until 11pm.
*The lights will be off on December 31st.

The 13th edition of the Amsterdam Light Festival centres around the theme of “Rituals,” celebrating the moments that guide us through life. This year’s festival is especially significant, coinciding with Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary.
